Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
✔ Item must be in the same condition as when it was received

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Items without original packaging

Free gifts, promotional items, or discounted final-sale products

Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage after delivery

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To speed up the process, include:

Order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue

We will replace the item or offer a refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For preference-based exchanges (scent, texture, etc.), a new order must be placed.
